We are looking for an experienced Project Manager.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible to manage overall technical, projects delivery and support relationships between the company and the customers.
You will work independently to plan, monitor, and manage multiple projects of high complexity across multiple teams, service centers, and client locations that have a direct impact on the company.
The Project Manager is required to have deep knowledge in a wide range of technological areas: Telecommunication, information security, system and various technological innovations, and to position himself as an expert in the eyes of the client.
Responsibilities:
- Total ownership of projects success, including analysis, design, planning and communication of technical requirements, system installation and configuration, acceptance testing, commissioning and training.
- Develop and maintain cost-conscious project plans that meet company’s objectives and timelines for both technology solutions and business process improvement
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
- Execute all range of customer-facing presales activities, including presentations, solution design and requirements analysis.
- Acting as a technical expert in meetings with customers and business account managers.
- Designs and executes the technical solution in customer projects with high complexity and risk.
Requirements
- Strong technology background and deep understanding of Telecom and IT technologies
- In-depth knowledge of telecom network architecture for Telephony, Cellular, IP networks communications and protocols
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Telecom industry and project management
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience in a direct client-facing role
- Comfort in a startup environment, move quickly and ability of wearing many hats
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with demonstrable ability to work independently and creatively
- Must be a leader, proactive and Independent
- High-Level English (verbal and written) – MUST
- Goal oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects
- Willing to travel abroad

We are looking for a Pre/Post Technical Engineer in the LATAM region, based in Uruguay
As a Pre/Post Technical Engineer you will be responsible to manage an overall presale, projects delivery and support relationships between the company and the customers.
As Pre-Sale Technical Engineer, you will provide technical escort to the sales team, accompany them for the meetings, present the company products to the customers, etc.
As Post Sale Technical Engineer, you will provide local projects management, training the customers and technical support services.
The Pre/Post Technical Engineer is required to have knowledge in a wide range of technological areas: Telecommunication, system and various technological innovations, and to position himself as an expert in the eyes of the client.
Duties of a Pre/Post Technical Engineer include
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations to potential customers to show how to solve their problems and meet their requirements.
- Manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs)
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide them with technical support and advice.
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities.
- Execute all range of customer-facing presales activities, including presentations, solution design, product demos, requirements analysis, and technical deep-dive sessions to support sales activities.
- Responsibility for managing all technical aspects of a company’s relationship with its existing customers.
- Lead existing customers support and provide customer support activities
Requirements
- Technology background and understanding of Telecom and IT technologies.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Telecom industry.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience in a direct client-facing role
- Comfort in a startup environment, move quickly and ability to wear many hats.
- Ability to manage multiple customer activities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with demonstrable ability to work independently and creatively.
- English Proficiency (verbal and written) at a top level.
- Goal oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects.
- Willing to travel to the region countries (Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile etc)
