The Pre/Post-Sale Engineer acts as the technical and commercial bridge between Septier and its customers, owning the customer journey from early presales engagement through post-sale support. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Product, and Marketing, the expert translates customer needs into solutions while feeding customer insights back into the product roadmap.
