Septier Investigator

The Septier Investigator is a state of the art, cellular network-based health security system, which allows authorities to investigate disease contamination in the public sphere.

Compiles Past Positioning Information of Target Device

The Septier Investigator traces the whereabouts of a particular individual, suspected or known to be a carrier of a contagious disease, such as COVID-19. This includes both real time and historic data, which can be up to 30 days from the time of the query. All the user needs to do is to use the MSISDN (the “real” phone number of the subscriber) and the system produces the target’s positioning information.

Correlates Locations of Other Subscribers in the Vicinity

After mapping out the target’s path over previous days or weeks, the Septier Investigator the pulls up location data on other subscribers who have been in their proximity. Once the data has been sorted, using the criteria set in each area’s/country’s social distancing and quarantine edicts, the unit produces a list of subscribers.
