Septier Accurate Location

While in most "ordinary" situations cellular location tracking solution might suffice, there are circumstances that require "extreme measures". In such cases, the reliable and trustworthy active GSM and CDMA solutions cannot fulfill the task, nor does the excellent passive massive feature, as the mobile subscriber should be identified with higher accuracy. For law enforcement agencies that wish to utilize the latest technological advances, Septier offers several high-quality-superb-accuracy location tracking solutions, each with its unique benefits.

Assisted Global Positioning System

Septier AGPS is a technology that utilizes the combination of the GPS and network data in order to accurately locate a targeted mobile device. The main advantage of the system is that it is handset dependent rather than network-based. With Septier Assisted GPS it is possible to reliably pinpoint the targeted subscriber to the accuracy of several meters.

Network Measure Report Processing

Septier NMR locates the targeted subscriber via signals from the nearby operating devices. The accumulated signals are then analyzed by the software that cross references the signal results with topographical, geodesic and other data and returns the location of the target mobile device with high accuracy. Of course, up-to-date information regarding the region in which the location tracking takes place is a must.

Radio Frequency Fingerprinting

RF Fingerprinting is another method that is based on NMR data. However, instead of "direct" analysis of the accumulated signals, it works on what-if basis. Assuming certain location of the targeted subscriber, an alleged signal map is generated. These signals are then compared to the signals of the "real" device – the one to be located. Iteratively making corrections to those assumptions, the exact location of the target device is identified.
