Capturing calls at the sourceSeptier Who-Called for Roamers is based on the Septier Location Registry (SLR) platform. Via the SLR, it picks up calls as soon as they are dialed, and listens to the international signaling links to see if callers get through. If a call does not get through, the application notifies the subscriber by SMS. |
