Monitoring various cellular networks (GSM, UMTS, CDMA, TDMA, and Analog) using dynamic Real-Time capabilities and on-line filtering, Fraud Explorer is a powerful and independent platform that collects CDR's from Septier probes, Pre-Paid module or mediation device. Among the information extracted from your network, you may find subscriber location, subscriber availability, and content usage and terminal capabilities.
Fraud Explorer is composed of seamlessly integrated components, which continuously monitor, trace and detect suspicious calls activity in order to generate an alert or disconnect the call intrusively.

Rule based engine
Sophisticated rules mechanism, which enables users to define effective rules.
Real Time rules for individual calls. These rules compare one or more CDR parameters with thresholds, according to the definitions of the user, and create an alert whenever a call exceeds the thresholds
Static or dynamic offline rules for multiple calls. These rules perform threshold comparison on aggregated results of multiple calls. The system calculates the sum or average of a user-defined parameter, taking into account all or a specified group of calls made within a user-defined period
Alert Manager
Equipped with a convenient GUI, Alert Manager is a robust engine that allows users to build rules (filters) by using a wide palette of CDR parameters, as well as to associate the rules to White, Black, or other user-defined Lists (phone books). The system provides a convenient, detailed display of the generated alerts.
Pre-Paid Module
The Prepaid Engine receives transactions-related information in near real time from the operator's Prepaid Application device (normally IN). The engine formats the data and arranges it as fields that can be processed by the system just as CDR's.
The engine also integrates related data received from external sources, such as Credit Management, Customer Care, and Billing.
Case Manager
Supports any organizational structure and user permissions levels. Managers can define and supervise the investigation procedures and performance of individuals or groups of investigators.
Associates alerts according to any user-defined entity and stores them as cases under the appropriate case type.
List all available cases, display only cases that meet filtering conditions, or display the number of cases per case type.
Reports
A friendly GUI interface enables users to execute or create statistical reports and to present query results clearly and effectively.
